Terms of Service
Effective 13 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and All-Here Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”) for your use of ProductOS, including the website, web app, desktop and mobile apps and API (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it, and “you” includes that organization.
1. Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate information when you sign up. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password and devices secure. Tell us promptly at vaibhav@allhere.co.in if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Workspaces and roles
Content in a personal workspace is visible only to you. In a company workspace, its owners and admins control membership, roles and settings, and may access, export or delete content in that workspace. If you join a company workspace, the content you create there belongs to that workspace.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you put into the Service, such as feedback, documents, comments and files (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, copy, process and display Your Content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service for you. We do not sell Your Content or use it to train AI models. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload or import, including data imported from connected services.
4. AI features
AI features generate suggestions using third-party model providers, as described in the Privacy Policy. AI output can be incomplete or wrong; review it before relying on it. The assistant only reads content that the requesting user is allowed to see. Usage limits may apply to AI features and are shown in the app.
5. Connected services
If you connect a third-party service (for example Slack, Gmail or an issue tracker), you authorize us to access it on your behalf within the permissions you grant. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. You can disconnect them at any time from workspace settings.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law, infringe others’ rights, or upload malware or unlawful content;
- attempt to access accounts, workspaces or data you are not authorized to access, or probe, scan or disrupt the Service;
- resell or provide the Service to third parties as a standalone product without our written permission;
- use the Service to send spam or to build a competing product by copying it.
7. Plans, beta and fees
The Service is currently offered free of charge as a beta and may change as we improve it. Features marked beta may be modified or withdrawn. If we introduce paid plans, we will show prices before you choose one and give at least 30 days’ notice before any fee applies to an existing account. Paid plans, when available, will be billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, especially during the beta. We may perform maintenance or make changes that affect how the Service works. Keep your own copies of anything critical — workspace admins can export workspace data from settings.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users; where reasonable we will give notice first. After an account is closed we delete or anonymize its data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from Your Content or your breach of these terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings where you live.
